               A Call Centre has been established to adjust the grievances of Citizens relating to Public Distribution System. This call Centre is functional from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM on all working days (Monday to Saturday). Citizens may lodge their complaints on the following  Toll Free Nos.

Violations of Control orders issued under the Essential Commodities Act, such as hoarding and black-marketing of food articles, are cognizable offences. An Anti-Hoarding Cell also functions in the deptt. to register FIRs on violation of Control orders under Essential commodities Act and prosecute such offenders in courts of law. Members of public can lodge complaints regarding diversion of food articles to black-market, hoarding of essential commodities etc. at the central Control Room.
